As Minister of Human Rights and Equality Kingdom of New Atlantis and Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission, My vision is to see the basics fundamental rights of every citizen on the territory of Atlantis respected
HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THAT
– As we are still in the progressive stage of recognition, I believe we have a functional Government. My first plan of action is to work with the Government to respect all the rights covered by International law.
– I also intend to open a sub-ministry in every decentralized territory to ensure the rights of every Atlantean citizens as well as non Atlantean be monitored and respected.
– I intend to have workshop, create awareness and programs in respect to human rights.
– I also intend to work with the Government to build institutions that will cater to the needs of every Atlantean citizens who’s rights have been violated
– As Ambassador of the International Human Rights Commission, the largest human rights organization in the world, I intend to cover all the duties and responsibilities of the IHRC on the soil of Atlantis
A) Fighting individual violation of human rights either directly or by support through Government law enforcement agencies or Government commission or by the court of law.
B ) Offering direct assistance to those whose rights have been violated
C) contributing to the implementation of the human rights treaty
D) I intend to take all necessary actions/ measures to ensure the protection of all Atlantean as well as non Atlantean against any form of Violence/ Threats/ Retaliation/ Discrimination/ Pressure or any Arbitrary action as a consequence of his/ her legitimate exercise of the rights referred to in the declaration of the UDHR 1948.
E) To support better Governance and Government policies
F ) Investigating corruption in every form and presenting public awareness initiatives
G) Conducting prompt and impartial investigation of alleged human rights violation.
I believe working closely with the government to achieve this will give us the dream kingdom every Atlantis citizen deserves.
