It is the responsibility of every institution to provide it’s people with the protection and freedom they need in their everyday lives. What are some of those protection and freedom.
– The rights to speak freely or freedom of speech: this requires every individual to openly express his thoughts socially or politically without any denial
– The Rights to work: Everyone has the right to work in a just a favorable condition and be free to choose a job with a salary that allows him/her to live and support his/her family, ensuring them a life worth human dignity.
The Rights to Justice: the right to not be falsely accused or punished by the state without been heard
With this been said, it is bonding upon every institution to give women the same equal opportunity and benefits as men not only because it is essential for growth and economic prosperity but also because it gives birth to a happy and healthier society.
We see countries that practice gender equality and countries respecting the basic fundamental rights of it’s citizens becoming more connected.
I believe this should apply to us in everyway as a kingdom, who’s sole purpose is to connect the world through love and brotherhood.
